How do I create my account on CommercialSource.com?

1. Click on Create An Account in the top right-hand box
2. Complete all the required information fields and click on the Create My Account tab at the bottom of the page.
   
   

How do I search for a property on CommercialSource.com?

1. Click on the Search Properties Tab
2. You will be directed to CommercialSource.com Property Search
   
3. You can search for a property by Text and by Map.
   
   

How do I search for a broker/agent on CommercialSource.com?

1. Click on the Broker Directory Tab
2. Search by clicking on the State of your choice on the map, or the list to the right of the map.
1. Helpful Hint: When you place your cursor over each State on the map, we’ll show you how many professionals are listed in the directory for that state.
3. Next, narrow your search down by clicking on your choice of City from the list of results.
4. The commercial real estate professionals from that City will be listed in alphabetical categories.
1. Helpful Hint: Click on the bold letters to see all the results for the City you have chosen.
5. Click on Email Me to contact the professional of your choice.
